A Note from our CEO

For over 40 years, we have built our homes and neighborhoods as an expression of how our residents want to live. We’ve put thoughtful attention into creating infrastructure that fosters community. Each community and home is designed around how spaces, big and small, enrich your wellbeing.

I live in a Greenstone community because I am truly passionate about the work we are doing. It’s a place where I’ve chosen to raise my family. It’s where we share life experiences with our friends. I’m close to the things I enjoy. The park, the farmer’s market and nature trails are steps from my front door.

There’s something really special about a place where neighbors are friends and life bustles through peaceful, tree-lined streets. It’s why I’m so passionate about what we do here. Greenstone has been excellent to work with from start to finish on our townhome in Kendall Yards. Our experience at the Design Studio was exceptional. We have worked with other designers with prior homes and Greenstone’s team is the best — in design ability, upgrades and efficiency.

DESIGN STUDIO

Our experience having Greenstone build us a home in River District was great. This was our first new construction home and we were very pleased with the way everything was handled. The superintendent was great about keeping the home on schedule and us informed. I always tell people Greenstone is a very trustworthy builder that’s willing to go above and beyond.

For us, building our first home, was a truly easy experience with Greenstone’s builders and interior design folks. We recommend them to anyone that is looking to build.

FIRST TIME HOMEBUYERS

I highly recommend purchasing a home through Greenstone and their fabulous staff. Most importantly, the quality of craftsmanship is A+++. I was in the unique position of having my home at Trutina built remotely, as I was still living out of state. I flew up for the milestone meetings, which were always on time and very efficient. Kristi went above and beyond with communication and even sent me videos showing the progress every week, which made me feel so at home. The design studio is amazing, with all of the options right there to choose from. Geoff’s final walk-through orientation was so thorough that I moved into my home seamlessly, with full knowledge of all the systems. I would highly recommend Greenstone and their fabulous staff.
