Take I-90 to Spokane Street Exit 5. Travel North on Spokane Street, straight past Seltice (the traffic signal) to the roundabout at Poleline. Turn right at Poleline and then left at the next roundabout on Idaho Rd. From Idaho Road, turn right into the community on Penrose Ave. Turn right onto Heton Ave. Turn Left onto Percival Ave and continue and turn right onto Rydal St. Our model home is located on the left at 1078 Blair Ave. at the end of the street.
