Greenstone Foundation

The Greenstone Foundation was established in 1998 as a way for our organization to give back to the communities we serve.

The Greenstone Foundation supports organizations in our community that are directly serving people in need, making housing more affordable and providing better access to education.

Minor Grant Request

Organizations use this application if requesting less than $5000. Grant applications can be approved for up to 5 annual payments before a new application must be submitted. Applicant's requests should match the mission statement. We review the minor grant application as follows.

Submitted January 1st - June 30th will be reviewed July 15th and paid August 1st or when requested thereafter. Submitted July 1st - December 31st will be reviewed January 15th and paid February 1st or when requested thereafter.

Major Grant Request

Organizations use this application if requesting $5000 or more. Grant applications can be approved for up to 5 annual payments before a new application must be submitted.  Applicant’s requests should match the mission statement. We review the major grant application as follows. 

Applications will be accepted January 1st - August 30th.  They will be reviewed by the Foundation BOD in September.  Notification will be sent November 15th and will be paid January 1st or when requested thereafter.

  • Publicity for fundraising events
