River District is a master planned community located in the City of Liberty Lake north of Interstate 90. River District is designed to be a pedestrian oriented community where everything is close to home. In 2002 Greenstone started building new homes in River District. River District includes many different types of houses including town homes, custom homes, and luxury apartment homes. Half Moon Park was finished in 2008 and is one of the parks that welcomes the outdoor cinema and concert series held every summer in Liberty Lake. Wide sidewalks and paved trails throughout River District connect each home to the Centennial Trail. Driving Directions
Take I-90 to Liberty Lake Exit 296. Coming from Idaho merge straight via the ramp onto Mission. Coming from Spokane turn left at Liberty Lake Drive from the exit ramp and go over the Interstate and turn left at Mission. Follow Mission 1.5 miles and turn right at Holl Blvd.
