Really Big Raffle 2012 Ticket Giveaway

Greenstone is once again sponsoring North Idaho College's Really BIG Raffle.
The 2012 grand prize home is a Greenstone Home plan The Hampton. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath rancher is located in Coeur d’Alene Place and built by NIC carpentry students. It include special features and upgrades.
North Idaho College has one of the area’s most well respected carpentry programs. Students pursuing a degree in Carpentry Management gain experience through student participation in the construction and management of the NIC Foundation’s Really BIG Raffle house. The Really BIG Raffle House allows the students to learn skills in a real world environment. Support of the Really BIG Raffle from community members provides the funding necessary for this and other technical programs at North Idaho College to continue.
Tickets are available till July 11th (or while supplies last) for $100 and the prizes include a $250,000 house in Coeur d'Alene Place, a car, a boat, a vacation package and a shopping spree.
Tickets are available at the NIC Foundation Office located on NIC’s main Coeur d’Alene campus, at various can be purchased at various North Idaho businesses, purchased at special open houses closer to the raffle, or ordered online at www.nic.edu/rbr
When you buy a ticket you are supporting a great cause, student scholarships and program needs at North Idaho College.

National Open House 2012

Greenstone Homes, the Spokane Association of REALTORS®, and REALTORS® all across the country are getting ready for the nation’s largest open house weekend.
The Spokane Association of REALTORS® is promoting the event as a unique opportunity for prospective home buyers to view homes throughout the area on one exciting weekend.
This event occurs at a great time! Interest rates are still at historic lows which relates to lower monthly mortgage payments and greater buying power.
Hundreds of homes will be open in the Spokane area, featuring 18 of Greenstone’s finest new homes in 9 communities. While Greenstone holds open houses in our communities every weekend, we are taking advantage of National Open House weekend to especially showcase more of our homes for you to see. When you visit any of the Spokane homes in the National Open House Weekend event you can enter to win a $1,500 gift certificate to The Tin Roof. In addition to that if you visit any of Greenstone’s open houses during National Open House weekend you can enter to win a $200 gas card.
